Returns Policy

For returns of purchases made from one of our retail stores, please contact that store.

You may return most unused items purchased at Discount Gun Mart within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay UPS Ground return shipping costs if the product is found to be defective or the return is a result of our error. All returns are subject to our standard terms & Conditions of Sale as stated at time of order placement.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: If the item is damaged in shipping, if possible, notify the carrier at time of delivery with a delivery exception. IMPORTANT: In all instances of shipping damage, all original packaging material must be saved.

If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Non-defective items MUST be in new, re-sellable condition, with original packaging. If retail packaging is missing or incomplete or irreparably damaged, a restocking fee of 10 percent will be charged.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items may not be returned:

• Ammunition - all ammunition sales are final.
• Opened DVD's, CD's and Cassettes and other media will be exchanged for the same title only.
• Opened pepper spray.
• Any scope that has been installed.
• Electronics including nightvision

After approval, Ship authorized returns via Prepaid UPS ground to the shipping address below: RMA NUMBER MUST BE ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE OR SHIPMENT WILL BE REFUSED.

When an order is placed, your credit card is not charged until your order is reviewed and accepted by our staff. However, at time you place your order, we do process an authorization from your credit card issuer for the purchase amount and your credit card issuer will reserve that amount until the sale is completed. If the sale is canceled, your credit card issuer may continue to reserve that amount from your available credit limit or available balance if a direct debit card. We have no control over how long your credit or debit card issuer will reserve funds, that is between you and them, nor can we remove that reserve or authorization from your account.
No order is valid or binding until accepted by our staff for processing.

Unless otherwise stated, UPS standard rate shipping charges apply. Charges are based on shipping your order from one or more of our warehouses to your door. Item numbers with alpha-numeric and hyphenated item numbers (1410-X203PH5 or TRGT207) ship from San Diego, CA; numeric only item numbers (40637) ship from Shreveport, LA. Our computer totals the weight of the items you have ordered, compares that to the UPS rate chart, adds the additional carrier fees, and the insurance, totals it and this is your shipping charge. $2.99 Package handling fee is added to the total shipping charges. You will pay the freight charge from each warehouse. To reduce your shipping charges, order products from only one warehouse. NOTE: To estimate shipping charges place items in your shopping cart, enter your Zipcode in the box next to "Enter U.S. Zip Code for Updated Total:" and click the "GO" button on the shopping cart page. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will correct the problem.
Ammunition, pepper spray, and hazardous materials or chemicals cannot be shipped via air carrier. No express order processing is available.
