The 1911 All In One Tune Up Package...$295:
- The Feed Ramp Angle is Adjusted to feed hollow points and to increase feed reliability. Chamber, feed ramp, and throat are polished to 1000+ grit.
- Throat radius is adjusted for smoother feeding
- The extractor is Tuned and polished for Proper Feeding, Reliable extraction, Firm case hold, and consistent, reliable ejection.
- The Extractor is adjusted to "snap-over" the rim of a cartridge
- A Wolff Performance Spring Kit is installed and an Action Job on the Trigger and Sear parts is performed.
- The trigger is adjusted to 4 pounds only if Parts are made of machined steel. If made of Metal Injection Molded parts, adjustments cannot be made. Replacement parts are not included. Inexpensive "mil-surp" parts are usually available and work great to replace MIM parts.
- The recoil spring is swapped for a fresh one and the gun is finished off with a Clean and Lube with high grade Lubricants and a final test fire.
Clean, Lube, and Maintenance
Basic Clean and Lube:
Disassembly with scrub and clean of almost every part within the gun. The parts are then lubricated with one of three lubricants depending on the function of the part. The barrel is cleaned with a boresnake to remove majority of carbon fouling. This Service also checks for wear in the most common places and advises for further repair or maintenance. Good for heavily used guns that are due for a complete scrubdown and maintenance. Or guns found stored long term and need to be checked, cleaned, and tested for use. Great for hard to disassemble firearms like the Browning A5, Ithaca 37, Lever Guns etc. Includes Test Fire with customer supplied ammo...$55
Deluxe Clean and Lube:
Everything included in the Basic C&L with a concentration on the barrel. Patches come out bright white with copper and carbon removed from the barrel. This package also includes basic Rust removal where applicable, as well as scratch repair where applicable. Good choice to bring back the accuracy lost due to a dirty barrel.
